Are children welcome?
Although Generations Riviera Maya is a family-friendly resort, all of our wedding events are adults only. For children age 12 years and under, the resort offers a supervised Eko Kids Club™, a made-for-kids world complete with ball pits, slides, video games, toys and more. Young foodies in training can enjoy the Little Eko Chefs™ program, where children ages 4 to 12 years can learn about food, nutrition and, of course, basic cooking skills. The Gourmet Inclusive® baby amenities offer parents everything they need to care for their bundles of joy.

Please note that El Dorado Casitas Royale and El Dorado Royale are adult-only resorts.
What does all inclusive entail?
All suites across all 3 resorts are all inclusive (aka the Gourmet Inclusive® plan). This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages served in the hotels’ restaurants, bars, in-room mini bars, and through 24 hour room service. Beverages include mixed drinks, premium brands, cordials, beer, and house brand wines.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Yes. We want you to enjoy and splurge on world-class cuisines made to your liking. All restaurants and all wedding events will offer a variety of food preferences.
Is there someone I can contact if I have any other questions about the wedding?
Any questions about travel and accommodations, excursions and local activities, and wedding plans can be addressed by our wonderful wedding planner and travel agent Mandy Delve: 647.205.5972; mandy@nowdestinations.com.

What are the resorts’ COVID travel protocols?
A vacation should be a respite from the rest of the world. That’s why Generations Riviera Maya & El Dorado Resorts introduced their Peace of Mind™ initiative — their promise to guests that all areas of the property are cleaned and made safe to the highest standards. They take your health and welfare very seriously and have implemented the following:
Deep cleaning all the time: Including ultra-violet sanitization, temperature monitoring thermal camera technology, formula steaming and fogging and germ-free service applications
Sealed clean for you: All guest rooms and suites are deep cleaned and then sealed exclusively for you

What is the six-month passport validity rule?
Please note that the U.S. Government advises that passport processing currently takes 5-8 months. Per U.S. and Mexican authorities, all passports must be valid 6 months after your return date. For example, if your return flight from Mexico to the U.S. is January 9, 2023, your passport must be valid until July 10, 2023.
What is the hotel reservation protection included in your room block?
In case of natural disaster, fire, government travel advisories, etc. - only guests who booked through our room block (via Mandy Delve) will be protected for the new travel & wedding plans.
Should I get travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommended. For optional insurance rates, please contact our travel agent & wedding planner Mandy Delve directly at 647.205.5972 or mandy@nowdestinations.com.
